With our revolutionary transparency portal, we give you a unique look behind the scenes of our global supply chains.Here you can track in detail the countries of origin of the raw material batches used for your blends and which suppliers were involved right down to the farm. All of our suppliers' certifications (quality management certificates, organic, Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade, Naturland, kosher, supplier questionnaires, Code of Conduct, etc.) can be viewed there.
You will find a QR code for each batch on our order confirmations. You can use this QR code to trace the supply chain of each individual batch of raw materials in detail, including supplier certifications, for each blend. You can also pass this QR code on to your customers if required.
For data protection reasons, it is not possible to show the names and addresses of suppliers. However, to avoid this problem, we will provide you with our internal supplier numbers, which can be viewed at any time for verification purposes.
